Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Support Workers to support our service user with her complex care needs.
We are looking for compassionate Support Workers who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user lives with her family in Walsall and requires 1:1 care throughout the evening.
She is a happy and sociable young lady who enjoys listening to music, being pampered and having books read to her.
At home, she has a lovely, cushioned playroom which she loves to use. The room is equipped with lights and toys, allowing her to safely enjoy sensory activities.
As part of her dedicated care team, you will support with all her personal and social needs
Applicants must be clear communicators who are experienced in Epilepsy Care and Seizure Management.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Epilepsy Care / Seizure Management
Desirable Experience
- Gastrostomy Care (PEG Feeding)
- Ventilation Management
- Oral Suction
- Nebuliser Care
We have the following shifts available;
- Full Time/ Part Time Evenings
- 4pm – 9pm
- Minimum 2 shifts per week with additional hours on alternative packages

Weekdays £11.00 per hour (Approx. £66 per 6 hour shift)
Weekends £12.00 per hour (Approx. £72per 6 hour shift)
Bank Holidays £15.00 per hour (Approx. £90 per 6 hour shift)
