An opportunity has arisen to join our innovative team. We require a quick thinking, hands on individual to assist in the management of our contracts. The projects we work on are predominantly in the UK, however we are a progressive company and recently we have installed projects as far as California, and Pakistan.
Overview
Facilitating office and field engineer organisation and communication by performing administrative duties and acting as a customer service representative and brand ambassador on our sites.

Junior Project Manager Job Duties:
- Providing office support including customer and employee support working alongside the contracts manager.
- Assisting in the performance of site audits.
- Assisting in the performance of site handovers
- Performing risk assessments and ensuring method statements are adhered to.
- Opportunity to learn and develop site surveys.
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Assisting in the management of contracts
- Reviewing field reports
- Preparing quotations
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
- Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
- Taking phone messages and passing them on
- Following up on business communications, quotations, and orders etc
- Communicating with materials suppliers and logistics companies
- Invoicing
- Using spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Arranging field engineers’ schedules
- Preparing documents by printing, copying, and binding
- Writing and editing company correspondence
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required

- Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
- Educating clients about what products/services are available and how to purchase them
- Building relationships with clients
- Assisting with technical support
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
Experience and Qualifications:
Preferable: Previous Office Administration Experience desired.
Essential: GCSE Maths, English and Science Grade 4/5 or better (Equivalent Grade C+ or higher). We are ideally looking for a graduate for this post.
