Job Description
Hannah McCoy Clinic are looking for friendly and enthusiastic front of house receptionist to join the team with a start date from May-June. This is a temporary contract covering maternity leave of up to 1 year.
You will be based at our flagship store in Aintree across from the retail park, we are an established business who welcome enthusiastic and motivated people with a desire to deliver excellent customer service.
Our clinic hours range between the times 8:30am-8:30pm so we have availability for day and evening work.
We currently have 3 clinics across the UK in Aintree, Islington and Wilmslow. It would be your job to provide the remote reception for all locations as well as face to face reception at our Aintree clinic. We also have 3 practitioners currently performing aesthetics as well as up to 7 staff members that privately rent rooms in our liverpool location, of which their clients also use our reception services.
This is a great role that someone could make their own. You’d be joining a small team and would be the right-hand support to Hannah herself.
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers
- Content creation for Instagram, Facebook and social media platforms
- Front of house reception
- Answering phone calls/ text messages
- Inbox management for Director
- Ability to use social media such as Instagram and Facebook to upload promotional material
- Book in customer appointments around the Directors availability
- Manage the company mailbox and respond to all customer queries
- Answering the phone and respond to all enquiries
- Sending invoices and chasing payments
- Update our website and post on social media
- Help design marketing campaigns & posters
- Order stock and liaise with suppliers
- Take delivery of stock
- Log financial transactions
Skills and personality we would be interested in but not required:
- Experience of working within a similar administrative role/ reception
- Excellent time keeping
- Able to evidence working on your own initiative
- Organised and the proven ability to multi task
- Confident
- Experience in dealing with customers
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and in written
