We have an opportunity for an experienced Engineer with either Mechanical or Electrical background to join our team and provide flexible maintenance across the Demelza estate, in line with statutory and Demelza regulations. You will provide a high-quality maintenance service to all infrastructure, plant and services.
You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance work on plant/machinery, domestic hot and cold-water systems, drainage, air conditioning and ventilation plant.
You will have recent relevant experience in a similar role, able to demonstrate competence to carry out electrical isolations/ maintenance safely. You will need to have a flexible approach and be prepared to undertake building maintenance demands on other disciplines, assisting with tasks outside of your core skills but within established competence to meet service needs.
This role requires regular travel across our operating region. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle for business use or access to reliable transport arrangements - will be essential. There will be a requirement to be part of an on-call rota.
