Job Description
As the receptionist at one of our flagship branches, you will be the face and voice of the business.
You will be liaising with patients, creating a calm enviroment, and booking our patients in to our clinic.
You will be taking calls and answering queries as well as general administrative and receptionist duties.
You will be working at our main clinic in B74.
You will be taking up to to 40-60 calls a day booking patients in to our diary management system and other duties that may arise to ease daily company demands.
Full training will be provided.
Full time role 9-5 pm Monday-Friday.
Competitive starting salary for role £17500-£19500 dependant on experience.
Previous call handling experience and knowledge of West Midlands and Birmingham geography would be preferred but not essential.
Previous experience in a healthcare environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Word and Excel experience required to fill out basic KPIs.
Computer literate with good communication and English skills.
Immediate start ASAP.
Statutory holiday entitlement 20 days + bank holidays.
