Basic salary plus monthly bonus

Monday – Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Main purpose of job

• Providing service to retail and motor trade customers
• Advising customers on what parts they may need for their vehicle
• Processing of orders in person, over the phone or by email
• Stock management and warehouse training

About you

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and other staff members
• Have excellent combination skills both verbal and written
• Ability to accurately record relevant information
• Ability to receive and register payment for parts ordered, accurately and precisely
• Up-to-date knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation
• Up-to-date knowledge of computerised recording procedures
• IT literate
