Zero Gravity Internship
The Zero Gravity Internship is back. After the success and energy of the launch of our summer internship programme last summer, Zero Gravity has got you covered for your summer 2023 internship needs. This year, we’re offering 6 internship roles across the different teams at Zero Gravity, as we scale our impact to propel 20,000+ students into top unis and careers each year by 2025.
The Details

The internship will run for 4 weeks from 10th July - 11th August 2023.
- You will join us at Zero Gravity HQ in Central London, where you will be working full time with the Zero Gravity Team.
- You will be working directly with the Ops Team across the day-to-day running of the platform and business, whilst also working with the wider Zero Gravity team for cross business exposure.
- We’ll provide you with free accommodation for your time in London, and the internship, and the internship will be fully paid. You’ll receive compensation of £265 per week for your work with Zero Gravity this summer, which we’ll pay on a weekly basis.
What is Operations & Commercial?
Zero Gravity's Ops & Commercial team's scope of work stretches from day-to-day company management and project management to managing the strategies for user acquisition, sales and account management.
From student recruitment to ensuring their success as a Zero Gravity member, you can find the Ops team across everything and anything. Whether they're building a new internal process with some fancy new software or creating communication bridges between employees, schools and unis, Operations are a key player in making things tick.
The Role

We are looking for an Ops Intern who is interested in pursuing a career in Company Operations or Business Management.
- The ideal candidate will be an elite generalist with an eagle eye for detail, not afraid to try new things.
- They will be comfortable turning their hand to lots of exciting projects, working directly with both students and businesses.
- The Operations & Commercial Intern will work with the Ops & Commercial team across a range of projects across Zero Gravity’s user acquisition, member satisfaction, sales and account management strategies.
You could get involved in the following tasks:

Sourcing Zero Gravity member feedback to inform our strategies
- Help curate and deliver our IntoWork programmes with our corporate partners, such as HSBC
- Work with the team to improve our comms to members to maximise engagement
- Help us improve our sales process to get more exclusive opportunities for Zero Gravity members
- Facilitate ambassador activities across the UK's leading unis
Eligibility Criteria

You must be a Zero Gravity member signed up as a mentor on the platform.
- You must be a student in your first, penultimate or final year at university in the UK.
- Have a strong interest in pursuing a career in Company Operations, Business Management or Sales and Account Management Strategy
