Our Award winning Sequoia Spa is looking for a Wellbeing Manager, to manage the team in the gym and deliver an exciting, inspirational, rewarding and professional service to all members and guests.
From an operational point of view this role provides personal training, gym instruction, fitness programmes and coordinates the Studio timetable, taking into accounts the needs and goals of members and guests and monitoring their progress on a regular basis.
Team management experience is also essential as you will have a team of gym instructors reporting to you and looking to you for development and guidance
As a manager, you will play an active role in creating and implementing new initiatives in wellbeing and fitness and cross selling promotions and also be part of the Duty Manager rota for the spa.
