Job Role: Service Delivery Advisor - Business Banking - Full time and part time hours

Salary: £24,307 (£22,300 base cash allowance of £2,007) and excellent benefits

A background in customer service is beneficial but not essential. We’ll need you answering calls when our customers need us , you’ll work up to 35 hours per week between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday and between 9am and 2pm on Saturdays. Your shifts may vary week on week, we’ll ensure you know your shift pattern at least 4 weeks in advance. You’ll also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays and some bank holidays. This role is also available for Part time hours.
You’ll be able to travel to our Edinburgh office for induction training and for the first 4 weeks live in role. Then you’ll have the flexibility to work from home remotely as well as working in the office. Spending around 60% of your time working from home on a weekly basis.
If working remotely is new to you, don’t worry, we’ll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment to work that allows you to focus on our customers without distraction
We’ll pay you £22,300 from day one, and an excellent benefits package which includes:
Annual award (5% on target) based on company performance.
Extra 9% of your salary (£2,007) to spend on flexible benefits (dental plan, cycle 2 work, buying extra holidays, etc.) or to take as cash in your pay
Fantastic company pension – TSB contributing up to 13%.
25 days holidays (plus bank holidays)
