Job Description

Administrator/Accounts Assistant

£22,000 starting salary rising to £25,000 after passing 3 months probation

Loughor, Full-time Permanent role

Monday - Friday days only, office based

Are you a great Admin or Accounts Assistant on a look out for an exciting new opportunity? Would you like to work convenient Monday - Friday hours in a friendly environment?

We have an opportunity just for you!

One of our very successful clients is seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their family run business based in the Loughor area. This role doesn't require accounts experience, if you have great eye for details, friendly demeanour and you are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you!

As an Accounts Assistant, you will:

  • Enter data accurately into the accounts software

  • Process invoices and payments, supplier statement reconciliation

  • Assist with preparation of key information for monthly reports

  • Speak to customers regarding overdue payments

  • Petty cash management, daily bank reconciliation, monthly credit card reconciliation

  • Sorting incoming/outgoing mail for the accounts department

  • Answering emails

What are we looking for in you?

  • Confident and professional with friendly disposition

  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent attention to details

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including excel) and great computer skills
