About this role:
As a Mobile Specialist you will have a key responsibility to drive BT’s ambition across your assigned vertical leveraging market, awareness to create a commercially attractive and technical viable solutions for the customers you support. Our Specialists work alongside a virtual account team of account managers, product leads and commercial stakeholders to engage with customers, qualify requirements and drive successful business.
You'll have the following responsibilities:
- Engaging both internal and external stakeholders to build a strong personal brand
- Driving awareness of BT’s mobility offering into the market across a number of key customer stakeholders
- Building an understanding of the whitespace across their assigned accounts
- Building successful bid responses
- Product awareness and upskilling
You'll have the following skills and experience:
- Outcome based solution sales skills, and experience of managed mobility solutions for large scale corporate clients
- Experience in both acquisition and retention of customers across the mobility sector
- Experience of meeting and overcoming challenges
- Relevant and proven customer facing, industry sector experience.
- Good awareness and knowledge of the markets approach to UCaaS mobile convergence and VAS
- Tender response writing
- Government Frameworks awareness
- Professional approach to team and client relationships using collaboration to build multi service solutions
