A friendly family located in Holland Park, London is searching for a Full-Time English-speaking Governess with several years of relevant pedagogical experience to look after and help develop their two children (6 and 9 years old). The parents would like the governess to help with homework and engage in education-based activities with the children. The ideal candidate for the Full-Time Governess job is expected to be flexible, positive, and a genuinely positive person by nature.
We are looking for a Full-Time Governess who enjoys developing children by employing a range of techniques and methods best suited to the children and their age group. Your everyday routine will incorporate helping with homework, reading, and other development activities. Occasional simple cooking for the children will be required when the family chef is off.
Your day will normally start when picking up the children from school with the family chauffeur. Driving in London is not required however being a confident driver will increase your chances of success in your application as driving abroad when traveling with the family will be a bonus.
Traveling with the family is required during school holidays and therefore we are searching for a Full-Time Governess with flexibility in their life.
The family own two small dogs and we are therefore searching for a person who has no allergies and is dog friendly.
Type: Full-Time Governess, Live Out Governess
Working days: 5 - 6 days / week with flexible days off, for example on Sun and Tue
Working Hours: 15:45 - 21:00 (Mon - Fri), 9:00 - 19:00 on Sat + full day during travelling on school holidays
Children: 6 and 9 years old girls
Salary: Negotiable

Full-Time Governess Job in Holland Park duties may include:

Full-Time Governess Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years similar of work experience
- Excellent checkable references
- Good knowledge of British curriculum, experience in helping with homework
- Fluent English
- UK working permit
