We are currently recruiting on behalf of a family run brokerage established in the 1950’s. They specialise in a range of niche insurance products and financial advice services.
Mango Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts / Finance Administrator.
- Job Title: Accounts / Finance Administrator
- Salary: £28,000 to £40,000
- Employment Type: Permanent
- Working Type: London NW4
- Essential Criteria:
- 2 years plus accounts / finance administrator experience
- Must have awareness of business flow and maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Must have experience with bank payments both incoming and outgoing.
- Experience of credit control
- Experience with Salesforce / Novidea a bonus
- Experience with commission payments would be nice to have.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaison with: Senior Financial Administrator, Account Handlers, clients and Insurers.
Support the FD/Head of Finance along with Directors and Management.
Settling GI premiums, refunds and commissions with insurers and PMI commissions.
Bank payments to settle premiums as well as other bank payments as directed.
Investigating unsettled premiums, credit control around outstanding premiums and any other settlement related queries on GI and PMI.
Support to ensure IFA’s and introducers are paid their correct level of commission.
