Deep Silver Dambuster Studios is looking for an experienced Windows Systems Administrator to join our talented IT Team.
As Windows System Administrator you will be supporting internal development teams in troubleshooting and investigating technical issues with Windows Servers and Services. Reporting to the Studio IT Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining Server hardware and Virtual Servers, whilst developing a strong, trusting working relationship with internal development teams.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintenance and development of our physical and virtual (VMware) Windows server infrastructure.
- Working with the IT Team and external support companies on infrastructure improvements projects etc. in order to keep up with new technologies.
- Providing 3rd line technical support.
Requirements
- Thorough knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and Hardware.
- Proficient with Windows Server versions 2012 R2 onwards.
- Experience with Cloud services (O365, AWS, etc.)
- Ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Nice to haves
- Relevant Windows server management qualifications or equivalent knowledge
- VMware administration knowledge
- SAN Storage Principles and working knowledge
