We are looking to recruit a part-time daily cleaner / cleaning operative to work alongside our construction cleaning division in Odd Down, Bath. This position is for a minimum of 15 hours per week in total. There is the opportunity for more hours, however.
The successful applicants will work on a new Bath housing development, maintaining the daily cleaning schedule (2 hours per day) to the sites welfare facilities – which includes the site management office, canteen, toilets, and changing room.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for the weekly cleaning to the sales suite, the show house, and the communal areas (stairwells and corridors) of residential apartments.
The successful applicants for this position will be required to undertake the following duties as part of their role:
- Polishing desks
- Vacuuming
- Emptying bins
- Wiping desk
- Cleaning toilets
- Mopping floors
- Cleaning the canteen microwave and fridge
- Polishing through show house and sales suite

This position is 5 working days per week (Monday - Friday) – minimum of 2 hours per day.
The additional 5 hours per week can be carried out on a flexible schedule – spread out over the course of the week, or carried out in one day.
The role has a flexible start-time each day too. The site usually opens from 7.30 to about 4 pm. As long the duties are carried out in full each day, you can start at anytime between 7.30 am and 1 pm each day.
