We are currently looking to recruit an experienced motor trade Service Advisor. You will be well versed in delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification
- Creating outstanding customer confidence in the aftersales service offered by the Rybrook Group by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care.
- Facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department through the use of all available Aftersales departmental resources to maximise customer experience and profitability throughout all transactions.
- Ensuring there is growth and development of the business through providing core, value added and incremental aftersales products whilst upholding full Duty of Care to our customer’s vehicles at all times.
- Be an ambassador of the brand and Company at all times promoting the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Description
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and up selling our full range of services. You will be responsible for:
- Booking in vehicles.
- Greeting customers.
- Informing them of progress.
- Organising work authorisation.
- Liaising with the workshop and other internal departments.
- Carry out invoicing following repairs.
- Hours of work weekdays 8.30 – 17.30 (flexibility required).
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role essential.
- Experience supervising a small team would be desirable.
- Have good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts.
- Have previous experience within a sales environment.
- Full driving Licence.
