Job Title: Holiday Park Assistant Manager
Location: National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham, NG12 2LU
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 39 hours per week including weekend work and on call hours. The hours will be split over the season with more hours in the summer months and less in the winter/ off season.
Salary: £22,000 to £24,000 per annum + excellent benefits including full gym membership on site and Seasonal pitch for a touring caravan.

Holme Pierrepont Country Park, the home of the National Water Sports Centre has excellent water facilities, accommodation, a campsite, Outdoor Adventure Zone, Life Fitness Gym, and marvellous nature trails for cycling and walking, it is a favourite destination for families, schools, corporate clients, and individuals.
The Assistant Holiday Park Warden Managers role is to assist the Holiday Park Manager in leading the facilities covering the campsite, and all areas associated with these areas. Within a demanding commercial environment the responsibilities will include day to day people management and the general operations of the Holiday Park and areas linked to it. They will assist in the management of these facility areas and set in motion processes to enable the areas to achieve the high standards of service and customer care at all times across the different aspects of the business. They will report directly to the Holiday Park Manager of the site and be responsible for Holiday Park wardens and those delivering front of house as well as delivering themselves. The role will also supply Duty Manager cover in out of season months ensuring the smooth running of the business which will cover the whole site.
This can be a stay on site role and a hard standing touring caravan pitch can be provided with the role. Successful candidates will be expected to be on call for site emergences.
There is also the option to link in with the Seasonal Holiday Park Warden role if the positions are being taken on as a couple.

About You
To be considered for this role, it is essential that you have experience and knowledge of managing teams, staff management, supervision and development, managing or experience within campsites and experience of delivering a service to large numbers of people.
You will have good communication and customer care skills, have a maturity and calmness to work under pressure, as well as being organised and taking pride in what you do and have good IT skills.
You will also need a driving license.
