Position Statement:
As Leisure Attendant you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring public areas, back of house and service areas of the Spa are clean and presentable at all times.
- Ensuring all areas of the Spa are fully stocked.
- Preparing and replenishing all Spa and Leisure facilities as required.
- Ensuring the pool deck is maintained at all times, including daily testing and sampling.
- Attending to the male changing facilities regularly throughout the day, while in use, to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities are maintained.
- Ensuring exceptional guest service is provided, in accordance with our brand standards and 5 star Espa service requirements.
- Complying with all health, safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Ensuring all guest enquires are handled efficiently and effectively.
Essential Criteria
- A minimum of 6 months previous experience in a guest focused role.
- A proven ability to interact with guests and service users in a positive and professional manor.
- High standards of attention to detail and personal presentation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Proven ability to demonstrate a passion to deliver excellent customer service.
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience working within Spa or Leisure facilities
- Knowledge and/or experience of the inner workings of the plant room operation within leisure facilities
