We are looking to recruit 3 new staff to join our team based at our Service in Hatfield Woodhouse, Doncaster on a permanent, part time contract.
There are various part time options designed to suit your circumstances and fit around you, these include a 16-hour post, a 20-hour post, a 25-hour post and a 30-hour post.
The posts are negotiable i.e. if you would prefer a 10 hour post or just weekend work this is something that the manager is happy to explore with you
The service where you will be working is inviting, happy and bubbly, it is clean and well-funded and supports the 3 men to achieve whatever is important to them.
If you have never done this kind of job before then there will be lots to learn, but the caring side comes from you and should be natural, everything else can be taught.
A distinct benefit of working within this team is the rota, we have implement a rolling rota on a 4 weekly basis meaning that you will be able to plan ahead with the added bonus of incorporating regular weekends off, this would most likely be every other weekend off which has proved to be highly popular across the team.
There is also the added benefit that some of the team have opted for which is to compete their hours over 4 days some weeks giving them the ability to enjoy more valuable time with loved ones
There are a mixture of shifts between 7am and 9pm. The successful applicants will be expected to meet the criteria of the occasional 7am start
There are seven sleep in shifts per week where you stay overnight and are paid at a premium. We are mindful that sleep-in shifts are not for everyone therefor sleep-in shifts are not compulsory.
So if you want to work with a supportive team that are more like a family, who will work with you to ensure a flexible rota for everyone, feel appreciated by an understanding manager, look forward to coming to work to support 3 men to be happy then please apply!
