Job Description
Vyrao is looking for an International Sales Director to join the business at an exciting stage and grow together.
Working closely with the Board and other departments to set and follow 3-year sales strategy. Establish and execute clear commercial strategy for key accounts. Review and assess action plan for existing accounts to drive business and brand positioning. Follow and provide input on global target list of potential partners for new accounts.
(ii) Increase brand penetration, awareness and profitability, while maintaining the highest levels of positioning and credibility at consumer and retail level.
(iii) Conduct all market appointments. Review orders, advise on selections to ensure the brand is represented appropriately. Negotiate and agree trade terms and agreements with accounts, including payment and shipping terms.
(iv) Set annual and seasonal budgets for Wholesale department in-line with company fiscal expectations, ensuring budgets and forecasts are achieved quarterly.
(v) Work directly with accounts on marketing initiatives, events, incentives, pop- ups. Ensure sales reports are received regularly, input to sales database to record weekly performance, share key information internally as required. Support key accounts when required – training, swaps for key accounts, incentives, available to sell. Maintain the wholesale budget and track performance.
(vi) Managing and driving our fast growing worldwide wholesale sales directly, as well as through distributors and sales agents where appropriate. Working with our distribution partners and agency on long and short-term business plans.
