Job Description
The UK HR Graduate will have the opportunity to work within a busy and dynamic team directly supporting the UK HR Director and Managers. This placement offers a challenging and exciting role whereby the Graduate will gain hands on experience.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supporting all Early Careers recruitment processes including Apprentice, Graduate and the coordination of the Undergraduate placement program including management and attendance of careers fairs, university liaison, assessment centers, induction and other UK wide events
- Development of Forvia Faurecia employer brand in the recruitment area
- Managing administration of compensation and benefit schemes for the UK (company car, mobile phone, fuel card, pension and corporate card)
- Create communication documents to be published across the UK sites and participate in group monthly worldwide communication conference call
- Day to day HR Management of all employees under the central scope including managing payroll, acting as reporting correspondent, coordinating communications and employee lifecycle activities.
- Supporting the UK HR Manager with HR Information Systems including documentation updates, delivery of HRIS training, payroll audit process, Group reporting and development of processes to improve information sharing across sites.
- Supporting and managing all areas linked to compliance
Qualifications:
- Completed a year long industrial placement in a related industry
- Bachelor degree at 2.1 or above
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Self-confident, decisive and able to apply initiative
- Hardworking, flexible and reliable
- Able to work well within a team
- Results oriented with strong written and oral communication skills
- Enthusiastic, motivated and well organised
- International mind set
- Completed degree within last 3 year period
- Familiar with HR Information Systems as well as MS Office
