Job Description
We are looking for a enthusiastic, outgoing and compassionate candidate. We are extremely passionate about providing first class dental care all within a welcoming and friendly environment.
The Head receptionist will be supported by a long-standing team who are happy to support when required. You will learn and deliver first class customer service alongside supporting patients with queries and enquiries.
You will be required to welcome patients into the practice, answer telephone, make appointments, take card and cash payments, e-mail communication and general dental administration duties.
The candidate
- The ideal candidate should be friendly and conscientious
- Create a welcoming environment for patients that sets them at ease from the outset
- Be comfortable check patients in and out and making appointments
- Patient
- Good communication skills
- Orderly
- Comfortable with Microsoft packages
- Comfortable working in a faced environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be GDC-registered as a dental nurse (or already registered on a training programme)
- Be able to work well as part of a team, establish a good rapport and articulate information clearly
Knowledge of Software of Excellence is desired but not essential.
The level of pay will be dependent on the candidate's level of experience/training.
