Role: Spanish and Italian Speaking Credit Controller

Department: Finance, Reports to: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactive credit control ensuring thorough saturation of ledger
- Monthly KPI achievement primarily focused on overdue debt
- Develop strong working relationships with both customers and internal departments
- Resolve queries to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Investigate and resolve any instances of unapplied cash
- Assist with Month End activities and reconciliations
- General housekeeping of the Accounts Receivable ledger
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Experience an AR role/shared service centre highly desirable
- Fluent spoken and written Spanish, Italian and English
- High attention to detail with an inquisitive mindset
