CDP is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Partnerships and Supply Chain Project Officer to join the Partnerships team at CDP. In this varied role, you will be based in the CDP’s London office supporting the UK Account Managers in CDP’s Partnerships and Supply Chain teams to deliver a high standard of service to their member companies and data partners and increase the impact of both of these programs in line with CDP’s mission. You will be responsible for carrying out critical operational tasks and data analysis to facilitate key business and strategic activities throughout the year.

Key responsibilities include:
- Support partnerships team with managing academic data sales from start to finish, particularly around ensuring all leads and sales are accurately tracked in CRM.
- Create data cuts for commercial and academic data partners;
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the partnerships team as needed;
- Coordinating and taking notes for team meetings where necessary
- Providing support for the UK CDP Supply Chain team including administrative support to update our database, testing analytics products and IT systems;
- Conducting any analytical and account support needed for member deliverables and operational activities; and
- Responsibility for ad hoc projects as required by line-manager.
Required skills and experience:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proven success in providing effective administration support;
- A good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues around the world, across multiple teams and time-zones;
- Ability to multitask and juggle projects simultaneously, with a very high level of organisation and attention to detail;
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
- Interest/knowledge in issues related to the climate change, sustainability, environmental, and corporate social responsibility space;
- A passion to contribute to CDP’s mission, and the desire to scale a program and continually innovate.
This is a full-time role based at CDP’s London office reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, UK&WW.
Salary and benefits: £25,967 - £27,500 dependent on experience, 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, annual discretionary bonus (depending on company performance), Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, Training and development, Flexible working opportunities and other benefits.
