We’re looking for an exceptional service led restaurant Supervisor to join our Coppa Club family.
About You
As Supervisor, you love the buzz of an energetic environment and thrive on leading large teams. Dynamic and self-motivated, you’ve lived and breathed busy restaurants and now you want to do it for us! Leading by example, challenging those around you to stretch themselves and the Club environment to reach its highest potential.
Supervisors have an eye for detail, and the ability to drive consistent brand standards and exceed guest expectations

Previous experience as a Floor Manager / Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant

Advance knowledge of coffees, cocktails, wines, liquor and champagnes
- Hands on, sleeves up supervisor who can lead and inspire an established team with integrity and passion

Know how to handle big numbers without breaking a sweat, and strive to make those numbers even bigger

Have an obsession with perfection and strive to be the best at everything you do

Know everything there is to know about running a perfect shift, wowing guests, and supporting your line manager to achieve success

Where you'll be working as Supervisor
Coppa Club Sonning is nestled on the river, and housed in The Great House Sonning. Our beautiful all-day spaces provide a home-from-home for locals to make their own. Outside, landscaped gardens open out on to the Thames. Our guests can choose from a variety of spaces including lounge, bar, dining areas, an all-weather terrace and private celebration Igloos to relax, entertain and enjoy our all-day menu.
