Job Description
The Fish Fryer will predominantly work in the kitchen area preparing food, as well as assisting and serving customers as required.
You will perform various functions to ensure the delivering of excellent customer experience – from the quality and hygiene of the food served, the service process, and the cleanliness of the environment.
This includes:
- Maintaining high standards in the quality of food, both as to its preparation and its presentation
- Ensuring high quality service is provided to customers at all times.
- Preparation of a whole range of food, as sold at the Kiosk.
- Observing all Company Food Hygiene and Health and Safety policy requirements
- To set out, maintain and monitor high standards of cooking and presentation
