We are currently looking for an engaging, enthusiastic and driven sales consultant to join our team. This role is all about hitting targets, making the most of your relationship building skills, to help you grow a pipe line of new prospects, to increase sales revenue and new member count.

What do we need from you?
- Proven track record of selling and achieving targets.
- Genuine passion when engaging with colleagues, prospects and members.
- Experience of managing and motivating a strong driven team essential.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and the ability to work to a deadline.
- Ability to develop and coach a team to reach their full potential.
- Computer literate – experience of working with data systems essential.
How will I be measured?
- Performance against new member sales targets, both individually and as a team.
- Key KPI’s which will be agreed prior to every 4 monthly cycle.
- Performance against non-negotiable activity, outlined in the Ways of Working document.
- Individual and team members’ performance reviewed against our 6 Values.
- Contribution to clubs profit and loss performance and member count.
- Performance against all company compliance audits.
