Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised, experienced, and motivated Executive Assistant to support executive in his role as a chairman at both Venture Capital business and an international NGO in a fast-paced family office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties and will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The candidate will be able to anticipate the needs of the executive and provide proactive, efficient, and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Respond to email and telephone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Plan and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events
- Monitor and manage incoming requests, prioritising and delegating as necessary
- Manage project tasks, including tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage invoices and payment processes
- Provide support as needed
Requirements:
- 6+ years experience as an executive assistant
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Salary: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
