IQPlus is a broad based educational services company started in December 2009. The company was set up by 2 research and development chemists with over 20 years pharmaceutical industry experience each.
The aim will be to secure academic success for young people, this inevitably will lead to wider cultural understanding, cohesion and sustainable employment and benefit society as a whole. IQPlus is proposing to integrate a tried, tested and proven model. IQPlus intends to add significantly more value, targeting those most disadvantaged from the lower socio-economic spectrum.
The Centre has seen an increase demand from its existing and new clients. Therefore, there is a vacancy to recruit an Office Manager to manage the centre.
Duties to include
· Manage Staff Schedule of work
· Allocate tasks, assigns tasks, and delegates responsibilities
· Set deadline for completion of tasks
· Establish and maintain office procedure
· To see smooth follow of work and productivity
· To deal with any staff issues and conflicts
· To recruit new staff and train staff with practice procedures
· To establish a productive environment
· Organise meetings
· Manage /monitor in house client data management systems
· Review staff performance
· Deal with client's complaints or feedback
· Deal with correspondence and inquiries
· Keep records
· Deal with office matters, insurance, stationery, IT software and hardware matters
