Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £22,369 to £24,054 per annum (Grade E) | Norwich

HR Learning and Development designs, supports, commissions, and delivers development activities and projects for the organisation and its partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join Learning & Development in the Norfolk Development Academy. We are looking to appoint a proactive Project Support Officer with excellent attention to detail to join our project support team and to provide professional business admin for planning, delivering and co-ordination of these projects.

This opportunity to support the Norfolk Development Academy who are responsible for Core Skills, Digital Skills and Leadership and Management learning and development. The successful candidate will support with project administration for a wide range of activities and events on behalf of managers and consultants in the L&D team.

You will have good administration skills and be able to use your initiative, have strong customer service skills, flexibility in your approach to daily tasks and excellent interpersonal skills to support building relationships with people both inside and outside of Norfolk County Council. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is essential, as is experience of considering new ways of working, developing new systems and processes, and managing your own workload.

The working arrangements for this post will be hybrid working with remote and office based work.
