What is the purpose of the role?
This role provides an administrative support service to our Income Management services, including our Revenue, Former Tenants and Money Advice Teams.
Why is the role important?
Our administrative support ensures the Income Management service runs efficiently so that the teams are fully supported to recover rent arrears and maximise our customers’ income.

All offers of employment will be made at the starting point of the relevant pay grade. Annual pay incremental rises will apply until the maximum increment point of the grade*.
