Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Reception team at Cave Castle Hotel. The role involves interacting with our customers and being the first point of contact for hotel guests so excellent customer service skills are a necessity. The role includes
- Take bedroom reservations
- Checking guests into the hotel and providing an informative and friendly welcome
- Checking guests out of the hotel including taking payments and dealing with billing queries
- Answering telephone queries either directly or passing calls to other departments, message taking when required
- Communicating booking numbers and any special requirements to other departments
- Dealing with customer requests and needs whilst at the hotel
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred however it is not essential as full training will be given. The right candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and will be a good team player who is a strong communicator.
Hours of work are shift work between the hours of 7am - 11pm and are based on 5 days over 7 days and does include weekend work. Rates of pay are minimum wage but may be negotiated for the right candidate and based on experience
