Duration: Twelve (12) month contract to start asap after security clearance obtained
Hours: Full time, 37 hours/week, Mon - Fri, between 8.00am and 6.00pm on a rota basis

Security Clearance: Due to the nature of the work CTC security clearance is required. You would need to answer YES to all the below requirements:
- Resided in the UK for the last 3 years
- Have a *current* British Passport or settlement status due to the sensitive nature of the work
- NI Number
- 2 x proof of addresses (all in UK)
- 5 years full history with no gaps of more than 1 month
- 3 years solid reference with no gaps of more than 1 month
Job Description
Adecco are pleased to have on offer a wonderful opportunity for skilled, experienced, Executive Officers to fill a Twelve (12) month temporary contract in Hounslow. We are looking for candidates who have proven team leader or supervisor experience, to Oversee day-to-day operation of a team, able to set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines for the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Line-manage a team of Administrative Officers
- Act as a point of contact for queries relating to all tasks undertaken by Admin Officers
- Triage asylum cases to identify any delays or problems in the way of lining up with local deadlines and national priorities, so that they can be allocated in a timely manner
- Ensure decision makers diary is regularly updated
- Maintain accurate case records, uploading documents on appropriate databases
- Obtain information from external agencies when required and collaborate with Safeguarding teams, Technical Specialist and other external stakeholders to ensure cases are decision ready in line with local deadlines and National priorities
- Compile and submit stats to team manager as and when required
- Review and prioritise queries in the in-box for actioning
- Provide daily stats on Asylum interviews completed
- Monitor case progression
- Monitor interview bookings, file movement/scanning and valuable documents
- Liaise with interpreters unit when appropriate
