Siemens Healthineers is looking for a skilled and collaborative Laboratory Technician to join our inclusive team in Llanberis. The role comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.
Our Technicians perform a wide variety of roles including immunoassays, data interpretation, basic statistical analysis of generated data, protein conjugation, analytical methods including SDS-PAGE and Western blotting, and manufacture of production components.
In your first few weeks in this technical technician role, you can expect to:

Conduct semi-complex tests or investigations pertaining to the development of new designs methods, materials, or processes and investigate the possible application of results

Obtain, correlate, and analyse technical information needed to accomplish semi-complex tasks

Provide support in preparing reports, charts, graphs, and other documents.
To apply for this technician’s role, you will need a BSc or equivalent in biological science-based degree and relevant industry experience in Life Sciences, Medical Devices or Diagnostics is preferred. You will also require the following:

Relevant transferrable experience (particularly in analytical methods)

Demonstrable experience in a laboratory environment

Attention to detail, time management skills and teamwork

Commitment, integrity, and a high level of self-motivation.
