Job Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate with an excellent level of administration, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will need to:
- be able to use a variety of operating systems and to transfer documents between them (android, Google docs, Word, Apple, Amazon tablets etc)
- have a good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality (understanding what can/cannot be done electronically)
- be able to use creative Apps, such as Canva to create exciting documents)
- have excellent grammatical skills and good spelling knowledge
- be able to accurately proof read documents before publishing
- be able to convert documents to different formats (Google docs to Word etc)
- be efficient and effective with filing documents
- be proactive and time- efficient
- format the printer to different settings
- be able to send photos to external companies for printing
- work well as part of a team and ensure tasks are followed up effectively
