Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced candidate with an excellent level of administration, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will need to:

• be able to use a variety of operating systems and to transfer documents between them (android, Google docs, Word, Apple, Amazon tablets etc)
• have a good understanding of GDPR and confidentiality (understanding what can/cannot be done electronically)
• be able to use creative Apps, such as Canva to create exciting documents)
• have excellent grammatical skills and good spelling knowledge
• be able to accurately proof read documents before publishing
• be able to convert documents to different formats (Google docs to Word etc)
• be efficient and effective with filing documents
• be proactive and time- efficient
• format the printer to different settings
• be able to send photos to external companies for printing
• work well as part of a team and ensure tasks are followed up effectively

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6 per week

Salary: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
