We are an extremely busy site, and our staff must be able to cope and work well under pressure, at a fast pace.
All successful applications are taken firstly on a five-hour paid trial, then complete a week’s paid trial. If successful followed by a 3 month probation period.
Hourly rate:
Start off on National Min appropriate to your age
Once training is complete, we have a process in place for promotions to reward experience and training
Hours available: 35+ hours per week
7 day availability required (Rota will be up 3 weeks in advance to allow for a good work/life balance)
Job Description: Kitchen-Food Prep
-Not a professional/restaurant kitchen role: No formal training required, no kitchen experience necessary. On the job training is given and documented through a formal process.

Must be 18+
Must be able to work a flexible rota, mornings and evenings
Must be available to work weekends
Must be able to work well in a team
Must be able to use initiative when required
Must be confident enough to work in a team under pressure, fast paced environment
Good communication skills
Must be good with people and have a friendly approachable demeanour
Must be polite and respectful of others
Must be a great time keeper
