Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Real time screening of transactions - releasing funds, blocking accounts
  • Emailing 3rd party financial institutions with details of accounts
  • Identifying any transactions that do not meet required criteria
  • Escalating to other business units if required
  • Reporting to management across all areas of responsibility
  • Ad-hoc investigations carried out as directed by management
  • Data entry
Core skills & behaviours:
  • Maintain a high standard and auditable account of work
  • Ability to use basic Excel, Word and outlook
  • Able to work at pace with accuracy
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Internal and external stakeholders experience
  • Diligence to ensure tasks are followed through to completion
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information
  • Flexible and adaptable
Additional working information:
  • Based in Swindon, UK. Hybrid working with 2 days per week office based
  • Shift pattern is made up of 37.5 hours per week including weekends and Bank Holidays.
  • Each shift is 8.5 hours in accordance with a shift plan determined by your line manager.
  • These shifts will operate between 09:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday
