An unique opportunity for a Social Media Executive to join our Exodus Marketing team!
Whether it’s walking the Amalfi Coast or Rewilding the Apennines, you’ll be assisting in sourcing and creating stand-out content to be shared across our social channels. This will include ideation and creation of posts on Facebook, Instagram, and much more.
As our Social Media Executive you have the exciting role of being the voice of adventure on our social channels. You’ll produce and curate customer content that gives our communities across social media platforms the sense of belonging in our brand and the community that follow the brand.
By creating inspirational content that engages audiences and shaping paid campaigns that drive commercial objectives, you will ensure that our online brand presence is impactful and has the highest reach possible.

What you will be doing:
- Create captivating organic content (including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest) for multiple brands.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends
- Co-create the social media strategy with line manager (Paid & Social)
- Reporting on performance of organic social media content
- Conducting in-depth research and competitor analysis
- Develop and action a plan to grow followers, engage and retain them
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and comments
- Work with wider marketing team to integrate social messaging with overall campaigns
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in management of organic social media channels
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and other social media channels as well as their best practices
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop/Creative Suite, Canva or similar
- Good understanding of data analysis and consumer insights. Including experience using social reporting and social listening tools
- An excellent communicator at all levels with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A positive, proactive, can-do individual who brings energy to the team and is a very strong collaborator
