Lab Assistant

Our client is looking for a Lab Assistant to join their busy team.

Responsibilities include:

  • To mix compounds in accordance with production formulations and quality procedures
  • To clearly and concisely record compound details
  • To change stock locations on the computer when moving materials
  • To generally assist in the day to day running of the department
  • To work within accepted Company Health & Safety guidelines

Skills and experience:

  • Good level of literacy, numeracy and accuracy
  • To be able to work in a precise, thorough and methodical manner
  • To have the ability to work as part of a team
  • Common sense is essential
  • To be able to work in a clean and tidy manner
  • To be physically fit as the post will involve some heavy lifting
  • Ability to manage one’s own workload
  • Good communicator
