Job Description

Full-time permanent position of 40 hours per week.
Project Management from order to completion - to deliver projects at a high quality, in compliance with the relevant standards, on time and within budget.
Manage and be responsible for engineering teams and subcontractors.
Adherence to H+S rules and preperation of RAMS.
Completion of O+M Manuals.
Technical Support of Maintenance Contract work.
Assistance with Surveys for new and upgrading systems.
Development of the position may lead to Estimating and Quoting from surveys and tenders.
Purchasing of equipment.
Liaising with Directors, Management and Engineering Teams.

Experience and Skills Required

Technical knowledge of Fire Alarms - essential
Design of Fire Alarms with complex cause and effect and networking - beneficial
Technical knowledge of Security systems including CCTV, Access Control and Intruder Alarms - essential
Technical knowledge of IP systems - beneficial
Microsoft PC computer literacy - essential
Excellent Communicator
FIA or other Fire Design qualifications - beneficial
Driving Licence - essential
