We are looking for both Day & Night Care Assistants at our Care Home in St Leonards on Sea. No previous experience is necessary as we provide all our own in house training through a comprehensive induction programme. Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate willingness to work as part of a team and have a passion for helping others.

The Role:
- Assist and support residents throughout day and night to meet their care needs
- Follow guidance and instruction from Managers and Team Leaders
- Ensure care delivery is in line with current care plans and individual wishes
- Monitor the wellbeing of clients throughout every shift and act and report any concerns that may arise

- Pay - £10.42ph (depending on experience)
- Contract Type - Permanent
- Shift Pattern - 12hr shifts, 2-4 shifts a week (Including some weekend work)
