Global 32 UK Property Management Ltd. is a small business in New Malden, Greater London. Our goal is to Global 32 (UK) Property Management Ltd, is an energetic estate and lettings agent covering areas in and around Central London as well as surrounding counties. At Global 32, we strive to deliver comprehensive and professional services in sales, lettings, and property management service to buyers, sellers as well as tenants.
We are looking for a great, highly motivated and confident candidate to join our team as a Sales estate agent.
Responsibilities:
- Able to generate new business; source potential landlords / buyers
- handle from leads, carry out viewing, sales progression through to completion
- Ensure personal sales revenue & profitability targets are achieved
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers
- Carry out telephone enquiries to generate interest and leads from prospects from our database
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries from vendors and buyers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an Estate Agent
- A positive person, can work multi-task, under pressure
- Be self-motivated
- Skills in negotiation and persuasion
- A confident and outgoing manner
