Warehouse Operative required in Gloucester, paying £11.50 to £12.75 per hour, overtime £14.95 per hour, paid weekly, working rotating shifts, temp to perm, full-time, full training and site induction, opportunities to progress within the company.
Responsibilities:
Pick computer-generated orders with repetitive handling/lifting of heavy and large items
Accurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipment
Operate saws and handle steel
Transfer stock to its location using forklift trucks and cranes
Assist in the overall production and dispatch of customers' orders
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
Driving licence (Essential)
Experience as a Warehouse Operative with both bandsaw and crane experience (Desired)
Health and safety awareness
Fork-lift and side-loader experience (Desirable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer and data input skills
Benefits:
Week 1 - 05:30 to 14:00 Monday to Friday, paying £11.50ph.
Week 2 - 12:00 to 20:30 Monday to Thursday & 11:00 to 19:30 Friday, paying £11.50ph (+£12.75ph shift bonus).
