We are looking for a Field Technicians for a leading Telecom Service provider company in United Kingdom (Buckinghamshire)
Job Responsibilities :
- Installation & configurations of CPEs (ONTs, Routers & STBs)
•Installing, maintaining and repairing cable infrastructure.
•Testing newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications
•Installing of cables support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, splitters, FDPS and ODF
•Fiber and copper cable laying in underground and poles infrastructure and ensure that all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.
•Evaluating customers needs and installing IT devices and systems that best meet those needs.
•Investigating and resolving customers complaints in a timely manner
