IT Services Technician
Salary £23,000.00 (pro rata for part-time)

We have an exciting opportunity at our Willenhall Depot, for an IT Services Technician who will work as part of a team to secure and support all aspects of the companies IT infrastructure. We are looking for someone who will enjoy working as part of a small team and has great attention to detail.

Administer Service Desk support queries via Email/Portal & telephone calls

Software Compliance
-
Dealing with both internal & external customers

Build & deployment of PCs & Laptops

Support various Wireless equipment and applications

VOIP administration & some hardware implementation

Security maintenance on LAN/WAN based machines – encryption, Anti-Virus & patch management

Work closely with both business and IT colleagues

Ensure documentation is current and up to date

Out of Hours Support Rota
-
Supporting multiple depots when required, both local and remote

Essential

Good telephone and communication skills
