Part Time Customer Services Advisor
We are looking for a Part Time Customer Services Advisor to join our busy e-Commerce and Fulfilment team at our Head Office in Cannon Park, Middlesbrough. The role requires someone who can work weekends on a regular basis along with days during the week.
Successful applicants will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in our e-Commerce team, working on our online customer services team.
It’s a diverse role and full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be involved in various tasks such as:
- Answering customer calls and emails
- Dealing with our Live Chat
- Supporting our Amazon, eBay and other platforms
- Processing customer returns and exchanges
- Processing customer payments
Who are we looking for?
As this is largely a customer service role, we are looking for someone who is very confident talking to customers on the phone - handling queries professionally and to the high standard our customers expect.
Technical computer knowledge is not required, however it is essential that the right candidate has experience, and is confident, using a computer.
We’re a busy team so we’re looking for a team player who is reliable, hardworking and willing to get involved in the various tasks our team undertake.
The varied nature of the role will need someone who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure
We provide our customers assistance 7 days a week, we are looking for someone who can work regular weekends along with weekdays. Candidates must be available to work between 8.30am and 6pm during the week and be flexible.
