We are looking to recruit to a Right to Buy Co-ordinator.
As a Right to Buy Co-Ordinator you will be the first point of contact for all Bristol City Council residents looking to make their first step onto the housing market by purchasing their tenanted property through the Right to Buy (RTB) scheme.
You will be balancing a varied workload RTB applications at different stages of the process, adhering to statutory guidance and timescales for RTB applications, to reduce the Councils risk to both financial and reputational repercussion.
You will work as part of a Home Ownership team to provide an excellent core Landlord service to our residents, whilst explaining RTB processes, lease obligations and service charges.
