We are recruiting for Estate Agent/Sales Progressor's to join our Business across North Tyneside, Newcastle and Northumberland.
The main purpose of the role is to agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, deal with lettings negotiations as well as optimising every opportunity to schedule FS appointments.
Our ideal Sales Negotiator is…
- An experienced Estate Agent who has dealt with Negotiating Sales and Lettings and progressing sales through to completion
- Resilient, positive and friendly
- Computer Literate
- Ideally interested in carrying out some Valuations when the Valuer is unavailable
- Able to carry out Accompanied Viewings
