We have an exciting new opening for an experienced Cocktail Bartender / Barmaid to join our front of house team.
About you:
Must be over 18+ - You see the bar as your stage, knowing how to adapt to your audience. Finding the balance between personalised service and keeping up with the docket printer when it just won’t stop!! Speed, skill, compassion and curiosity will all be required as a Coppa Club Bar Person. Confidence in sharing your expertise and working closely with all departments within the Club is essential.
As a Coppa Bartender / Barmaid, you’re passionate about building a rapport with new people, remembering your regulars and what they like, anticipating needs, and ALWAYS finding ways to make sure your guests feel special. You always contribute in creating a fantastic experience for our guest.

Previous experience behind the bar in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment

Experienced: Barista, Cocktail Maker and Wine Connoisseur

Excellent organisation and customer service skills

Good knowledge of bar closing and setting up

Where you'll be working:
Coppa Club Guildford will be second of the Townhouse variety of Coppa Club. A three-storey, all-day venue on the busy High Street, it will boast a café work space on the ground floor and a bold mural leading the guests’ eye up the stairwell to the first-floor dining space and declinational bar on the top floor.
