Punto Italian Kitchen is a modern casual hospitality business situated in the Heart of Heaton with the goal of bringing people together in an experience of Italian Hospitality.
We make our own products, from handmade fresh pasta and hand-stretched wood-fired 72 hour-aged sourdough pizza, right through to desserts, gelato and sorbetto, and other delicious modern and classic Italian Dishes.

The Role - Front Of House Team
Reporting to the manager on shift, you will help look after our customers and delivery the 5 Star service Punto Italian Kitchen has become known for.
Specific responsibilities will include although will not be limited to:
- Greeting & Seating Customer, and Taking Orders
- Preparing & Serving Drinks
- Serving Food from our Kitchen & Pizzeria Section
- Checking back with customers
- Following brand guidelines on customer service and satisfaction
- Ensuring customers have the best experience
- Carrying out start of shift and end of shift clean downs
- Stocking fridges and bar area
- Follow any reasonable requests given by the management team
Requirements - Front of House Team
- Demonstrable experience in the restaurant industry - preferably within casual dining and food service (not including fast food or bar only work).
- Passionate about good quality food and taking pride in what we do as a team
- Drive for delivering excellent customer service and an outstanding customer experience
- A keen eye for attention to detail
- Good interpersonal communication skills

You will be employed on a permanent contract working a minimum of 40 to 45 hours per week.
Due to the nature of the industry, evening and weekend working will be required and over bank holidays, although we endeavour to ensure all team members have the opportunity to have at least one weekend off per month.
